The PrivateBank Launches Small Business Website on Drupal 7

The PrivateBank has launched a new website at smallbiz.theprivatebank.com using Drupal 7 and Responsive Web technology on SiteBasin hosting.  The site targets small business owners and was designed by TDH Creative, with a Responsive Web implementation performed by Orbis Web Design.  SiteBasin provided Drupal custom theme and custom module support for the project.

The site uses the Drupal GMap and Location modules to provide a bank locator using Google Maps.  Consumers can enter their zip code and select a radius and then receive a listing of nearby branches.  In addition, Responsive Web technology is used so that a single theme based on HTML5, CSS and JavaScript is optimized for all devices - desktop monitors, iPad/tablets and smartphones.  This means a single content database and single website can serve all audiences, easing the job of system administration.
