Drupal Hosting

All of our servers run the same stable LAMP+D stack on a RackSpace Cloud Server.  This Linux stack is 100% open source and optimized for stability and reliability - then we add a safe code accelerator to deliver smoking hot performance.

The RackSpace environment is a redundant power, redundant pipe network with storage backed Cloud Servers.  Because the servers are storage backed, your data is secure and won't disappear in the event of an outage (unlike other clouds with completely virtual instances).

VPS

Each SiteBasin server is a Virtual Private Server (VPS) located within the RackSpace Cloud.  Your VPS can be created the same day you order and resized up or down with minimal lead time.  The old days of waiting weeks to deploy your website are over!  Need to scale up for a big press release?  No problem - make a phone call to SiteBasin, and your VPS will be upsized within minutes.

Technical Support

Although your VPS is located within a RackSpace data center, all technical support is provided by SiteBasin directly.  You will never need to contact RackSpace for support.  In the unlikely event of an outage at RackSpace, SiteBasin will open the necessary support tickets with RackSpace to get the problem solved.

Hosting Plans

SiteBasin offers both shared and dedicated hosting plans.  Smaller sites with lower traffic metrics can host on a shared SiteBasin server.  Larger sites with moderate or high traffic metrics should host on a dedicated SiteBasin server.
